Hardware Restoration Program (HaRP)
Compass Computer Group Inc. (CCGI) understands the urgencies of a complete disaster recovery plan, and that it is crucial in ensuring business continuity in an emergency.  CCGI’s disaster recovery/business continuity plan (HaRP) provides business recovery in the following phases:

•Review of current Disaster Recovery Plan
•Evaluation immediately following a disaster
•Replacing/Repairing equipment
•Working with you to bring your operations back to normal

HaRP has been designed to support your Business Disaster Recovery Plan. Within 30 days of a signed agreement CCGI will review your choice of a temporary location and your software backup procedures. CCGI will then be ready to provide priority repair or permanent replacement of hardware that has been damaged or lost due to a covered peril. This agreement extends your CCGI hardware maintenance agreement to provide coverage in circumstances that would normally be excluded.

You can relax in the knowledge that CCGI will support your recovery process, from initial damage, to the point where your systems are fully operational again.

Covered Perils

•Accident
•Earthquake
•Hail
•Lightning
•Sabotage
•Burglary
•Fire
•Smoke Damage
•Vandalism
•Contamination
•Flood
•Tornado
•Power Anomalies
•Terrorism

Offering much more than traditional insurance coverage:

•Predictable, low monthly fees
•Guaranteed 72-hour response for delivery of replacement equipment
•Repair or replacement of damaged equipment on a "priority one" basis
•100% coverage for equipment covered by our service agreement
•NO deductible and NO value lost due to depreciation

Count on rapid response

It takes only a few minutes to set the restoration process in motion. You simply call the same CCGI phone number you use for routine service requests, and report a HaRP event. An experienced service engineer will be dispatched to your site within four hours to assess the damage to your computer operations and to initiate a plan of action. This entire process will receive priority attention by CCGI.
Because HaRP helps you quickly resume work on your own equipment, at your own site, you may be able to minimize -- or even avoid -- the disruption and expense of occupying an alternate recovery site.

If your current site is no longer usable, Compass Computer Group Inc. will install the replacement equipment in a temporary site selected by you and later move the same equipment back to your permanent site.
